A small review…

Hi ppl,

Ok now don’t start making those faces, when you read the word review, I know that the Appraisal 🙂 are round the corner but this blog was created for some purpose (about which I myself have no clue) & the purpose is not Appraisal review for sure. Now the review is not any book that I have read recently, the book review department is handled by mattu and she is damn good @ it. So now wht is this post about???

This post is a small review on the English Premier League (EPL) teams that have managed to qualify for the UEFA Championship League Cup. Major teams from EPL namely Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool & ManU have qualified for the Cup. This is happening for the first time since I started watching Football that so many teams from EPL have qualified for the Cup. Majority of the time teams from Italian League, Spanish la liga, Bundesliga are the people who rule roost @ UEFA. Now let me start with the (so-called) review.

1. Chelsea: Hmmm …… This happens to be my very favorite team. But lately they have been playing poorly. The fire to win is lacking in them. In their last match against Arsenal, they looked like 11 men playing against one Arsenal team. They need to get their rhythm back, if they want to bring the gold home for the very first time. They have enough talent in-house to make it to the top.

2. Arsenal: Last year’s finalist. This team is the one to watch out for, they are the underdogs. Unlike Chelsea/Liverpool/ManU they don’t have stars in their line-up expect for Henry, but they do have a bunch of talented young fellows in their gang. With a manager like Wenger the boys can give the toughest team a run for their money.

3. Liverpool: This has been a bad year for former UEFA Champions; they are going through a bad phase in EPL too. They have good players just like Chelsea, but the chemistry is missing, they need to gel with each other, coz there are many foreign players in their team. Steven Gerrard also needs to get back in form, coz he’s their whole n soul.

4. ManU: (I hate myself for saying this) ManU is the one of the strongest team in the whole Championship & if they keep playing the way they are now, nobody can stop them. This season they are @ top of their form. Everything is in place for them; all they need is to play according to the plan.

People, you are free to voice your concerns or suggestions on my review.

So what do we have here????
Looks like a ManU fan to me… who had been underground for past 4 years when their team was no where on the horizon…
Dude, this is the Best time for ManU to win something…
If they happen to fail, they should be banned from playing football…

As for Chelsea, they are going through a bad patch, but mind you they’ll be back…

All i can say is “Someday you are the dog, someday you are the pole” 😀
